All financial transactions on r77u must be carried out using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or withdrawals to third parties are not permitted.
Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please wait up to 30 minutes. If the deposit still has not appeared, contact support with your transaction ID.
KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Once KYC is complete, withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. r77u may request additional verification in certain circumstances. This process is part of our anti-money laundering compliance.

Bonus balance and real balance are kept separate. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to cash balance by meeting the applicable wagering requirements. Once a Sports Betting wager is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded. If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will either be refunded or settled at odds of 1.00.
R77u accepts no responsibility for decisions made as a result of data feed delays during live betting. r77u reserves the right to investigate any bet whose outcome is deemed disputed and to withhold payment while that investigation is ongoing.
The result recorded on the game provider's server is final. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on screen and the server record, the server data will prevail.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on r77u. Violations may result in account termination, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable.
